It started as an idea — really, a craving. One of those late-night “what ifs” ?----

We wanted something different. Not just another dessert, but a cake that felt both nostalgic and new. Something creamy, rich, and rooted in culture. That’s when we went back to the dessert that always made people pause mid-bite: Where' did y'all order your cake from?  But we didn’t want to make just any tres leches — we wanted to reimagine it with flavors people didn’t even know they were craving.

We experimented in our small home kitchen, playing with textures, milks, and flavors, creating memories along the way. What began as a simple passion project slowly turned into something bigger: The Lech Dulce Project.
